About
A therapist who meets you where you are.
Hallways4Therapy was founded on a simple belief: that everyone deserves a space to be heard, understood, and supported — without judgment.
Kim Hall, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker · MSW, Social Work MA, Gerontology
I've spent over a decade working with adults and older adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, grief, and the quieter struggles that don't always have a name. My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens in relationship — and that the therapeutic relationship itself is one of the most powerful tools we have.
I completed my graduate training in Social Work Health and Mental Health and hold licensure as a Clinical Social Worker as well as graduate training in Gerontology. I've worked in community mental health, hospital settings, and private practice — each experience deepening my understanding of what people truly need when they walk through the door.
My approach is integrative: I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and attachment-based frameworks, tailoring each session to the individual in front of me. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all model of care.
Outside the office, I'm an avid reader. I love listening to music, attending live theatre, slow walks with my dog, and I'm a firm believer in the restorative power of a good cup of coffee. I bring that same unhurried quality into the therapy room.
How I work
Therapy looks different for everyone. Here's what you can expect from our work together.
Collaborative
You set the pace. We work together to identify what matters most to you and build from there — no agenda imposed from the outside.
Evidence-based
I draw from CBT, ACT, and attachment theory — approaches with strong research support, adapted to fit your unique situation.
Whole-person
Your history, relationships, body, and culture all shape your experience. I hold all of that with care, not just the presenting concern.
Affirming
This is a space for all identities, backgrounds, and life experiences. You don't need to explain or justify who you are here.
