About Me
Hi, I'm Kimberly (Kim) Hall, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Gerontologist, and owner of Hallways4Therapy LLC in St. Louis, MO. I have over a decade of experience serving adult clients aged 18 and older in social services. While working as a Behavioral Therapist in an inpatient setting, I was inspired to start Hallways4Therapy out of a passion for helping some of our most vulnerable populations with a variety of needs. Daily I strive to make a difference to erase the stigma related to mental health. I'm committed to providing compassionate and respectful care to all of my clients.
Through a collaborative service model, I have seen clients benefit greatly, with stories of improved communication skills and regained confidence. I prioritize confidentiality and privacy for my clients by ensuring HIPAA compliance, secure communication channels, and confidentiality agreements. My services include Individual Counseling, Group Therapy, and Senior Support, all tailored to enhance mental well-being through personalized care. At Hallways4Therapy LLC, I am dedicated to providing expert mental health services to help build stronger communities. I'll be honored to support you on your journey to improving your overall wellbeing.
Education
In the late 90's, I worked my way up to a management position at a telecommunications company. I enrolled in a Business Administration program and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2005. Midway through my business studies I began to dislike my management role and felt I needed to pursue my passion. However, because I had promised my terminally ill father that I would get a college degree, I stuck it out and finished what I started. I had changed majors several times already and at this point I was in my late 20's. I ended up quitting my management job and worked various roles in the healthcare industry. While working full-time and taking evening classes I earned a Master of Arts degree in Gerontology in 2009 from Webster University and a Master of Social Work Health and Mental Health degree from Saint Louis University in 2012. My experiences with family members and through employment opportunities fueled my passion for advocacy of mental health services. As a clinician, I understand the importance of making a connection with someone who has integrity, compassion and attention and dedication to every detail when you need it most.
